Aevus collects data primarily in a business context. We consider any information that can identify an individual, or when combined with other data, as Personal Data.

Aevus partners with third-party providers, such as cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), CRM and marketing automation tools, event management solutions, and infrastructure providers (e.g., Amazon AWS, Digital Ocean), to deliver our services. In some cases, we may also integrate with third-party platforms used by clients for specialised functions. We are committed to providing transparency regarding data processing locations and will disclose relevant details at the time of data collection whenever possible.
Our data is primarily stored in the UK and USA on servers operated by services like Digital Ocean (UK), Memset (UK), Amazon AWS EC3 (US), and Campaign Monitor (US). We also use email analytics to track engagement with our emails and emails sent on behalf of our partners.
